Remaline 25 has elastic properties which makes it suitable for preventing build-up in equipment conveying sand/water mixtures and fine material. It also offers excellent noise dampening reduction of noise emissions.
Rema Tip Top's line of rubber products is the optimal solution to your wear problems. The state-of-the-art lining materials protect against wear caused by impact and sliding abrasion, greatly reduce noise levels, help to reduce dust and can prevent caking and bridging of material in your transfer points. Innovative products such as Remaline, and Remaline Maintenance Pro have been proven to perform in all types of tough applications.
Rema Tip Top Rubber Lining
Remaline 35 features excellent resistance to wet abrasive and sharp particles. The properties of this rubber make it the optimal rubber lining for the sand and gravel industry equipment and within the glass industry. It has also been proven valuable with sticky materials such as loam and clay.
Remaline 40 is designed for a variety of wet or dry applications with excellent qualities for eliminating bridge formation and build-up. In dry applications it is frequently used for conveying coke. For wet applications, this material has proven its outstanding worth as a protective coating against sharp particles thanks to its high tearing resistance.
Remaline 50 has excellent properties which makes it suitable in both wet and dry conditions. It has a great elasticity and high tear resistance making it especially useful for lining chutes and tanks in power plants and gravel works. It is also used on non-driven pulleys to prevent build-up.
Remaline 60's low abrasion properties make this rubber ideal for protecting against the impact and dry wear frequently seen in conveying coal. Non-driven pulleys can also be vulcanized with this rubber.
Remaline 70 is the material of choice for applications with extremely high wear and impact. It is ideal for equipment used to convey large-particle, broken and sharp-edged material.
Remaline 90 is a hard rubber material featuring outstanding sliding properties and wear-resistance. It has a slippery surface making it perfect for lining and coating in foundries, steel mills and glass recycling plants. Wear and build-up can be efficiently prevented and material flow will be improved.
Remaline MP (Maintenance Pro) points to the future of lining products. It offers more than just optimal surface protection; it also provides you with a timely reminder when the lining needs to be renewed, allowing you to easily plan and schedule maintenance to ensure smooth-running production processess. This is especially advantageous in applications where it is difficult to check the thickness of lining using conventional methods.
